i feel like you are over thinking it.... I just did this not to long ago. I bought the correct amount as per specs and it wasn't near enough. Don't remember the quantities. Will be in the FSM. Also didn't do the gallon for gallon thing. I just drained it, out back what the FSM said it required...

Sounds like they didn't do anything to the tcase... If it only drives with the hubs locked, I'm sure they just put selectable hubs on it. Don't know why you would do that. Poor man's part time kit? Gets some new hub flanges and gaskets, throw them in and see what happens.

I'm having hesitation and loss of power as well, I have another lower intake and injectors sitting in the shop that I'm going to send off to get cleaned. Did it help your hesitation issue?

Have spent the last 3 or so weekends building a drawer system. Turned out great! My wife bought be a new head unit! Bought the EGR delete from Huddexpo.

Look at Diamond C. There are alot of crap trailers on the market! Like 75% of what is offered... its really sad. Before my current trailer I owned a PJ and a BIG TEX. Both would work just fine if they sit in your driveway. For me, both failed my needs. The PJ was a tilt and the tilt mechanism...
