I really miss living in Phoenix on days like these. I shoveled once in Phoenix - because a snake died in my driveway. I'd love to shovel a snake right about now instead of this perpetual snow!

FWIW the White Rim was absolutely amazing but it is scorching hot in July and no one is out there. No one. We did it before HIH last year and saw 3 cars in 120 miles.

Just wanted to say I will also be in the area 7/25-7/30 if any 100 guys are there who didn’t make HIH, hit me up. Going with 2 5th gen runner buddies. HIH introduced me to this area 5 years ago and also had patience with me as it was my first...

I am really liking posts like this one. Although we cannot have an event large enough to include everyone, unfortunately. It is cool to see that HIH seems to be inspiring folks to get out to the San Juan Mountains on their own and with their...

Last year was my first year. After the first day with my dad, I called my wife and convinced her to call in sick on friday and drive out from Denver with our 2 year old. Great family event. My kid loves off roading and camping.

One of the rock overhangs on Camp Bird Road (Route up to Yankee Boy and Imogene) collapses earlier this week. The longer overhang section is still intact.

I don't have kids, but I stay on the side where they set up the ice rink in the winter. It is flat with sand and out of the way. There are almost always kids playing there and riding bikes. There is also at least one parent keeping an eye on...

Funnel cake night, after the sun went down, it did get a bit intense. I never got a straight answer from my kids to how many they actually ate.

I've never heard a parent say that they wish they would have just stayed home with their kids after attending HIH. There will be a lot of kids there, always are. In my opinion, this is the perfect even for kids/families, but of course I have a...

Good question and a lot of folks have given great insight already. It began as just a weekend gathering. (Fri-Sun). It didn't take long to see that we wanted an extra day together so everyone started arriving early on Thursday. Once we moved to...

I agree. I bought one and it is awesome. I have a duplicator and can cut all the $5 replacements I want, but the Yotamd key shell is the best. @suprarx7nut has a great product.

I had an issue that a number of others are experiencing with their 100 series. Four out of six of my gauges worked only about 10% of the time. The rest of the time they were just dead. Research led me to believe that my stepper motors needed...

I like that idea... only thing holding me back is by the time it all adds up you might be halfway to an actual bumper? Which sorta limits the market somewhat. Looks like you have it designed though, if you want me to take a look send it...

Since the wind in Wyoming is usually blowing around 80mph all day every day, you can get great gas mileage with the wind at your back.

I recently moved to Teton county and I see the same consistent 15-17 mpg. The 100 loves cruising 40-55 and that’s the majority of the speed limit around here.

Thanks for sharing this. I've noticed my wipers have been getting loose (not always landing flat at the bottom of the windshield or doing a full sweep) and make a faint groan when in operation. It is probably time for bushings/linkage.
