I have it too. Mine happens between 40-50, but my speedometer is reads slow (3-5 mph slow).

I have the same problem. Been running the 2.5" BDS lift for about 5 years. My shackle angle is about the same as yours. INMO, the front springs are too short. I just deal with it. My next lift will be a SOA w/ either custom flat alcans or stock springs w/ an add-a-leaf.
