I had an appraiser come out and he pulled some comps and somehow came up with a number that suited me. It may not cover it 100 percent but it would be pretty close. Doubt I could sell it for what they insured it for.

Yeah that's what I meant....shim not spacer. I am gonna get some different shims to try but I guess my confusion lies in that I didn't think tightening the flange onto the shaft would make so hard to turn.
