Yep. My 93 has standard brakes, standard pads (same as hdj81) and stops great. No complaints. Running 33" 305 ATs and it stops great.
Do some PM, drain, flush, and bleed the whole brake system. Check LSPV is bled properly and functioning.
Ever done it?
Moving water is a slightly different story, but water still gets in and drying carpets seats underlay etc is a pain.
Diffs, hubs etc should ask be check for water contamination after submersion
So in case you're not aware, brake fluid is basically glycol with is own blend of 11 herbs and spices.
If you're adding 5-10% brake fluid to your sump and burning 3 quarts of oil per 10k miles, you're burning a significant amount of glycol IMO
Take the motorcycle.
Not sure I'd do it on the suggestion of a grease monkey without seeing some science behind it.
What's it going to do to the oil composition?
Glycol gives off toxic fumes if burnt or heated so don't sniff the exhaust.
Over here a car that's been submerged in water would be written off by an insurance company.

I’ve seen adjustables get pulled out o the trail and I’ve seen poly bushings get wrecked in under two years. I’m a huge fan of OEM bushings and non-adjustable. Not just saying that because I have a vested interest in the answer, it’s because I...
Scary. I've had similar happen with a hdj80
It may not be the pump.
Other possibilities, the oring on the pump shaft can let diesel leak into the sump. This dilutes sump oil and overfilled the sump. Sump oil diesel mix can find its way past...
Had another look at that. At about 5:40 you get a glimpse of all the front radius arms.
Looks like they are all in Superflex arms.
What advantage does the Red one have? He unseated both front springs on one obstacle and needed a buddy to put...
