hi. i am thinking of importing a '78 fj-45. i know there is the 30 year smog exemption. so i looked on the DMV website and it states that vehicles 1976 and newer require smog certification. but elsewhere, there's a bulletin, which is here...
hey, that troopy looks great. i think you should go with something mild, that way, you can return it to stock one day. at the same time, you have something better than stock to get you a bit more wheelin' action. dang, even the color is just awesome! where or how did you come about this '45?
