I picture would help. $500-$700 is fair if decent. Rain rail rusted out would be the biggest issue that I would look at. Lots of work to replace it.

My landcruiser has the same problem. I loosened fender bolts, and tried to match it up but it did not help much. Next, I am going to add a few washers as spacers between frame and fender. Let us know what works. BTW, I love your color. My fj40 is colorado beigh
