Hi 2mmb, I have replaced it with two brand-new CB's. Both tripped... Luckily the CB's are reset-able through the pin-hole... Definitely not the CB and can't be 30A current... It has got to be the heat generating in the line... and my guess is from the increased resistance.

There is another thread discussing about this same issue with CB breaking... Resistor is also a suspect. I will try to replace parts from low cost and I have ordered a new resistor... This blower fan setup should be no where close to 30AM... heat could generate even at 15A to trip the CB...

Hi There, Thank you for your kind reply... I too have had two brand new CB replaced yet the issue persist. I have a NOS blower fan but yet to replace it. I am wondering if the compressor has anything to do with this issue... Quite frustrating not having a true understanding of the cause(s)...

Hi there... Please kindly allow me to follow up on your post and progress. I am having the same issue with the CB kept breaking. Mine is 1984 and still has original blower fan. I have replaced with a brand new CB and it still have the same issue. I would be most grateful if you could help...

... I am sorry for the issue you are facing with. One comment I want to share is to remove those Acorn Nuts... I dislike them like a stone in my shoes!

Hi Don, Were you able to purchased complete list of Body Mount parts from PartSouq? I want to purchase a complete set as well. Furthermore, is there a procedure to replace them? I want to clean the chassis/frame and put a protective paint on if the frame is more accessible with the body lifted...

Geezus... I want that Carburetor and Distributor soooo bad. I am in CA92656. If you consider selling those two parts please let me know. I need secondary set so I can still drive my FJ60 while one set is sent out for rebuild...

I meant to ask a shop that can remove the frame and send it for refinishing before reassembly. In east cost, if you are in VT. P.S. I would drive to VT from DC and drink amazing beer there!
