I had a similar popping sound and i had the LCA bushings replaced along with the anti-sway bar bushings and the lower AHC mounts. The LCA bushings were the prime suspects but the other parts were replaced because I had already bought them. 267k on the rig at the time of the work.

Three legs are bolted. The very front is resting. I cut the LX’s trim to fit.

I did the install a few years ago. Both pics are from the driver’s side.

They are something a local auto upholstery shop should be able to do for you. Just a matter of finding the one willing to take such a small job. If not, I've seen YouTube videos where people have done similar sections themselves. I haven't seen any plug and play options on Mud before though.

It’s a closed system so it is leaking out of the system. If you can’t see it anywhere around the outside of the system it could be going into the accumulator but it would seem like you’d see a lot of bubbles when you changed the fluid. Have you changed the fluid and how many times have you had...

Common leaks are power steering hose clamps, valve cover gaskets(due to loose bolts), and the dipstick tube where it meets the pan.

You have got to get the pressures. Without that you will be guessing.
