What is the possible downside to over greasing? I recently put on a 850/863 lift and have the same vibration. Pulled the shaft and checked ujoints and filled the slip yoke completely.

Well I pulled the shafts and the joints seemed fine. Greased everything real good. And put it back together but I still have a noise. :( could be the shaft is not in phase? but I don't know how to get it phase other than install the caster kit.

Timken if I remember but I could be wrong. I also only did one. The front shaft front u-joint. So it could be the back one on the front shaft is just shot. I might run out but it would be 3pm or so. Don't want to disturb you but would be nice to have another set of ears on it. Will text ya...
