even with a good piggy back you still need additional items to truly generate some power, a piggy back will allow for messing with fuel points, but still need to move some more air, so cold air intake, some equal length headers, exhaust plus the tune and you will still get a negligible gain...

i've been having similar noise, almost like a CD is still spinning or something. ALso my display just blacks out sometimes. I've done complete system swaps builds in the past, but for my FJ just looked for a nice/cheap replacement and Crutch-field has a Pioneer unit for $200 + $70 for adapter...

ive had 2 sets of KOs that i put 75k miles on each, still had a little life in them honestly. 40 miles a day and multiple wheeling trips on each set. Had KO2s on the 200 for about 5-6k miles now and still look like the day i bought them. As others have said, monitor tire pressure, alignment ever...
