You can probably order them. I have for a 1997 Landcruiser. One problem is the paint, maybe because of age, flakes off through no fault of your own.

I believe the fade working as a volume control is adjusting the fade from connected to unconnected/dead speakers front to rear.

They aren't really screws, they are plastic fittings that hold the plastic floor foot steps in place on the floor of the second row of seats. They are jut inside the rear doors. Thanks.
