Completed the long drive from VA to CA. Other than a broken speedo cable and a cracked windshield, our BJ74 held up well. Started the build process today - cup holder and dash carpet install. Lots of maintenance and parts to come!

I dealt directly with the manager. The process was fine, same as any used car dealer. They were willing to negotiate to a price I was good with.

The dealer has another 70 series on the lot for sale. The dealer is Arlington motors in Falls Church, VA. I have no affiliation with this place, just wanted to share. Only took a quick look. Short wheel base, manual, RHD, factory winch, fixed roof/non folding windshield. I believe it’s from japan.

@cruiserdan The previous owner painted over all the chrome with a black bed liner paint. Looks like I’ll have to find a turbo emblem! :)

Sold. I bought it earlier this week. 🆒 Dealer was selling for a friend. 1988 BJ74, Auto, RHD, 160k Miles. Imported from Japan. Very clean and completely stock. Drives great!
