Great trucks... I have a '97 x-cab 4wd with 158K. The manuals had a clutch bracket issue that requires some welding. The seatbelts never, and I mean never, retract... The speedo cables dry out and growl (sounds like a can of rocks rolling behind the dash), especially in colder climates...

Does it still have the aux fuel tank? It's a fair price based on what it has been sold for the last time or two. I've seen it on Denver's CL a few times over the last few years. All the right extras with one rough rear corner. I'd jump on it. .

If they can't help you in Jackson, and you come through Lander, the Toyota dealer here has a Master Toyota Tech who is a 'cruiser nut that drives a 40 series. He handles all of my hair pulling, "Why won't this dumb thing work, stop leaking, running hot, pulling to the left, etc." problems. .
