Left front door handle part confusion

It has come up before with my VIN number. Maybe it is in a weird in between period as an early 80?

Left front door handle part confusion

TL;DR: Does anyone know if I can use (69220-60020-03) door handle on a 91 FJ80? Or why my special unicorn has a different exterior handle than every other FJ80 on the planet? My driver door is making a noise and seems to pull on one side more than the other when opening the exterior handle. So...

    FJ80 Plug and Play Storage

Here they are in the wagon. Only downside is I have to load the small top ones from the rear passenger seats. I don't have very many outings that will require all these, but I'll have to be careful not to mess up the headliner when I do (at least some towels on top). The heights are 14.55...

Simple campsite for the night got a bit of a light show when the other neighbors' kids were chasing each other around

    Plenty of room

The wagon did great for rocking radial tires. A couple of clincher moments I would have taken pics if I weren't just trying to make it through. Definitely got out of my comfort zone for what I was packing. It just ticked along.
