From what I've heard, most groups didn't make it very far and had to turn around. Snow drifts up to a few feet with packed snow and ice under it. Your vehicle would generally do well enough in normal conditions. With these though, it's tough to say. Definitely bring your gear. Like I said, this...

@black95 Thanks for the trip report! We passed the Raptor and crew when we were leaving. We had seen the Subaru. Glad it was extracted, it wasn't really in a good spot on the trail. The trail had fresh snow on it when we hit it that morning. Our front man struggled quite a bit making new tracks...

If I can't find anyone else to go out and do a different trail (no offense), I might tag along! Trying to get out to one of gulches but haven't seen much report on them.

We had a blast and couldn't have asked for better trail conditions for snow wheeling. This Saturday looks like it will be nice and sunny!

I need to get mine hydro tested and filled as well. Is there a specific grow warehouse in town that you can point me to? I called Colorado Compressed Gas and they have nearly a couple weeks lead time on hydro testing, which seems a bit long.

Well, the 4Runner has been sitting in the garage for the past 3 weeks. It either needs some engine work or a new engine. Either way, I haven't had time to do anything with it :cry: She's due April 13th, so we're getting close!
