    Mine started to flicker also. I just adjusted the dimming knob a little bit, and the flicker has gone away.

    Jack, get rid of the trailer harness, its behind the right plastic panel in the back. The panel just pops off, its just a bunch of clips. The harness is tapped into the brake light wires there from factory.

    It works and It is still holding. The only thing is using rivets will dent the metal a little bit but shouldn't be noticeable.
