Hey doing some research on the wiring for the headlights I discovered that the issue was on the Turn Signal and Dimmer Switch, one of the tabs was getting stucked to the high beam position and that caused the high beam indicator to stay on always and dont allowing the headlights to come on...

today my headlights stoped working completely out of the blue, no low beam, no high beam, but the high beam indicator turns on even when the low beam is selected. My car is a 79' non American version. I checked the fuses and all of them seem to be in correct order. I appreciate any help you...
