Steering still feels loose after all new control arms and tie-rod ends

Check your steering rack bushings... car on ground... view of the rack... have someone gently rotate st wheel back and forth (engine on). You'll know if there's slop immediately. Quick, easy, and free to check

Gas tank building excessive pressure & fuel smell. Dangerous for sure! Why does this happen?

Seems like youre going a pretty thorough route... all you need now is a Fuel temp meter. *btw, yes most aftermarket skid/armor will trap more heat. This was confirmed by engineers from my work when they were investigating aftermarket skids.

    Spare Tire Modifications

Interesting… on my ‘04, the canister was angled, and blocking the beam (tire winch)… i was able to rotate it back straight and also clear the beam as well. Only took 1 hole drilled and 2 rivnuts to reposition the charcoal canister. The ‘06 in the vid looks like its already straight… maybe...

Wanted  Looking for a ‘04+ nav screen (MFD) working or not, willing to let me use to trouble shoot my own screen?

Hey guys.. this might be a long shot, and it seems like theres a good handful of you who swapped to the Tesla screens. Is there anyone who has a ‘04+ nav screen (MFD) working or not, thats willing to let me use to trouble shoot my own screen? I can pay shipping costs, or if youre local, even...

Unresponsive MFD (And unresponsive replacement MFD). What now?

Bummer, another AC amplifier didnt do anything either. Just seems like no power going to the side and bottom buttons… screen works fine. checked all the cables and internal harnesses as well. Everything checks out fine…. 🧐 might have to send mine in too… if they know what to do here…

Unresponsive MFD (And unresponsive replacement MFD). What now?

Well, the MFD circuit board was a fail. New one didnt do anything different. The saga continues.

    Replacing MFD touchscreen circuit board…

Dammit. *Fail* after swapping MFD circuit boards, still have the same issues of dead (physical) buttons and no clock. also noticed the row of bad buttons dont light up either… wondering if theres a broken wire for the hard buttons or something… screen still works fine, just those darn buttons.

    Replacing MFD touchscreen circuit board…

Well, ive been following some threads trying to fix the buttons next to my MFD touch screen. All the easy and usual stuff didnt work (fuses, Pin60, etc). Basically my touchscreen works but all the hard buttons around it dont. Cant access navi, climate control, etc. i ordered a replacement...
