My F350 also had a recall similar to this. Also it probably doesn’t affect the 300 since its a US recall. (But ‘probably’ does)

Anywhere I have been in the middle east the gas quality is questionable and you pay a premium premium for actual premium if available. Have had exotics and sometimes discussed on Forums. Willing to bet their diesel is better though since there is minimal environmental regs.

Pretty normal on those highways. Have done LOTS of traveling between Houston-Austin and Houston-San Antonio. There are stretches where this is normal and some where 83 is comfy for the areas cops sit. My bet is a bad batch of low grade fuel.
