So I finally got some time to start working on it last weekend. I drained the oil, pulled the carburetor and sprayed it down, pulled the plugs and sprayed some PB Blaster in the holes. I bought a new battery too. Next I plan to replace the plugs and fuel filter, and then figure out what to do...
