I appreciate all the replies, I think I'll go the repaint route...now to find the elusive T-302 Shell Ivory which from all the threads Ive scanned appears to be the correct color for the year.

I thought about straightening the side step but you know every little dent has its own story to go with it. Like the tweak on the drivers side front bumper, it peeled open an impala like a can opener...wish they had iphones back then.

This may not have anything to do with the Fairley OD but I have a Berans-Hone-Drive that is still functioning well after 47 years. Here is a manual that has some info for those interested, see attached.

Those look to be 1970 or early 71 seats, one hole mounting and rectanglar shape, I believe the seats in 9/71-9/72 had the angled end (this allows for the seat to fold up w/o interference from the front seats), Earlier seats prior to 70 had 2 hole mounts

Looking for the small grey lever, this is for a '70 FJ40 however I believe there are many years that this lever was used.
