    Yes. The sealed beams have a device between the bulb and the male plug that connects to the harness. Just plug each one into its respective female O.G. harness plug and away you go. The high beam indicator doesn’t seem to show when the high beams are on but they definitely switch to high beams...

    Turns out you don’t need the supplies harness. Just plug and play. Great quality too.

    It’s not the voltage that’s the problem. It’s the way the wiring of the system interacts with the bulbs. The low beams might work but the high beams will not.
