I have another detail that might be associated with my problem. I do not have a PWR/2nd Start button in right now. It was corroded and I removed awhile ago, I can't recall if the issue started around that time or not as the switch was in bad shape anyway. Any possibility not having that switch...

I've also verified that is can be pushed easily in neutral. When in park it can't be pushed and hits the parking pin.

Like the title says, transmission goes forward in all gears. I've put another neutral/range switch in and make sure the selector matches what the indicator light says. Fluid has been drained and filled twice. It only starts in park and neutral but immediately wants to move forward in any gear...
