I have 2 OEM fan clutches, one out of a '97 w/143k miles and one from a '96 w/177k miles (don't remember which came from which though). Swapped them out for blue hubs and have no use for the OEMs.

If you've got the factory trailer harness, it's more likely another harness like pin_head describes. If there's dirt and water in the rear quarter, that would be a good place to start. Good luck!
I had all the symptoms you describe, except for the wiper and radio issues. Removing my trailer wiring harness fixed the problem immediately, and it looked like a couple of the harness wires had worn through the insulation and were causing the problems. Sounds like you may have the trailer...
X2- nice work. The key to saving weight (as demonstrated by swampman) is to use thin sheet for weather and carry the load with frame pieces. My wood-framed lid is probably in the 50 lb range; it's significantly lighter than the tent atop it.

As an FYI to folks looking to do this kind of work- big cuts with plywood should be done on a panel cutting setup: Building A Table Saw Panel Cutting Jig. This eliminates the use of the fence, as binding is a big safety concern.
On the drawers- they look awesome! Looks like the finish came...
There might still be some companies making rock climbing holds from river rock, similar to these: Making Petrogrips "Petrogrips." The note about grinding the back flat is of interest, and would assist with using a drill press for making the holes. Unfortunately they don't divulge their...
I built a 100 foot long zipline with some friends when we were all 13 years old- we have a couple of lessons learned from that.
You could use a couple hardware store pulleys and separate them with a couple pieces of metal bar or even wood. I wouldn't use just one el cheapo pulley due to the...
