    Techie ideas for FJ

Look up FJ Freedom Windows. They have them as a kit. I think I saw somewhere else that had them for a little cheaper too.

Identify these Parts from Dan's Major Service Kit

Out of curiosity, how much is the 120,000 mi. service kit? Does anyone have a ballpark idea? I'm at 135,000. Never really heard about this kit before. Thanks.

    "Best Sliders"

Haven't heard anyone mention Stubbs Welding yet. Those guys were really cool to talk to and will fab up just about any tweak to their design that you can think of. Plus they're really really reasonable ($180-400). http://www.stubbswelding.com/ I don't have their sliders on so I can't comment...

I am bleeding my brakes, and mad.

I'm curious about that threadlock on the speed bleeders too. I just put mine in a couple of months ago and haven't had a reason to mess around with them again. I hope that they last a while though. Otherwise, they're useless - or maybe in need of some teflon tape?

I am bleeding my brakes, and mad.

teejnut: The LSPV is a different size. I don't know what size it is though. Sorry. I figured it was the same size and bought an extra set of the Speed Bleeders so I could use one up there. When they arrived - I found out that the LSPV was a different size completely and it wasn't listed as...

Right. Speed bleeders. They rock. I was having the same or similar problem. I'm going to try the teflon tape idea. When you get the speed bleeders - remember there's a nipple up at the LSPV. I didn't and now don't have one there.

    Delrin as a swaybar spacer?

I was going to use Delrin on my truck. In the way in which its loaded (compression with long bolts running through it) it would work great. Depending on the particular formula of delrin - it might outlast Aluminum. We just happened to have some aluminum that was already cut into the perfect...

Where can I get a tow hitch for the cheapest price?

Have you checked Harbor Freight? They're usually pretty reasonable.

    Thread size?

    Yep, M12 x 1.25 - Its really close to a 1/2 x 20. The M12 x 1.25 will actually thread into the 1/2" - loosely though.

    Mass Air Flow Meter

Saw some at NAPA last time I was there and I thought I would give it a shot. The can promised 2-7hp! Yeah right - but for 3.99 it was worth a try. I cleaned per the instructions and noticed little to no effects at all. I think anything that I did "feel" was placebo or wishful thinking. Just...
