I thought about that too but ended just up paying for a brand new wheel plus install. All in it was like $900 which is more than doing the wrap but at least I retained the OEM feel and the wood which I like a ton.

Just for fun, I tried adding my allocation to the “My Toyota” app and it worked. However, the color I’m getting is supposed to be Meteor Shower (4V8), but the app shows Brown Sugar Metallic (4V8). I assume they are the same color, but with different names? Thought it was interesting.

I hear you. My comment wasn’t intended to be taken for fact. That’s why I said the 200 was better “in my opinion”. If I didn’t own a 200 or a 250/GX right now and had $85k to spend, I would still prefer to buy a 20k-30k mile heritage edition 200.

For basically the same price, it definitely doesn’t make more sense to me. A 200 is better in so many ways IMO, but the two trucks aren’t really meant to be compared to each other. I want a 250 to compliment my 200, not replace it.

I’ve been allocated a black FE scheduled to arrive mid to late April. Sounds like most FEs to arrive soon are black. I’m still not sold on it and may end up passing if I don’t like it….or I’ll get it and trade it in for the GX I’m waiting for haha.

I’ve had TLC 200 on each of my 200s but I finally switched over to Utah’s historic black plate!

Is that just a safari snorkel with the head changed out? If so, can you share details of what you did? I prefer that head to the regular safari one.
