Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did try getting into the Toyota Owners website, but it was being weird. So I just called the dealership and had them read me the list they had.
So, a little update to this 2011. I posted my story in the " For Sale - Most recent 200 Series purchase prices" thread this morning as mentioned by ryanCA.
One of the kind gentlemen mentioned a post about two 200 series that were for sale in Idaho, both having had rodent damage to the...
I just called the dealer here in Idaho that performed all the services to the 2011 I have been looking at. It is indeed the one from the post you referenced with a replaced wiring harness due to rodent damage. Thanks again for the heads up. Might just be backing away from this one.
Where can I find the Toyota service history? I just drove a 2011 that has the same miles as the one you describe, but the service history I was shown (carfax) shows nothing about any wiring issues.
Thanks for the input, and it would be one we drive less than our others. Also, yes, it is a silver one in Idaho and I will check out the wiring harness damage report. I did not see anything in the history on that for this one I checked out.
I posted this over in the 200 series tech forum. One of the guys suggested I post here as well.

I have been a Land Cruiser fan a long time. All totaled up I have owned six of them. Currently still have three (1972, 1988, 2004). All with higher miles. I have always wanted a 200 series, drove a 2011 with 175,000 miles on it in March and it was solid, drove great, but had a little wear...
Thanks. I got those from Spector Off-Road (sor.com). A little spendy, but I had to get new windows because the previous owners grandson shot all the back windows out with a BB gun a long time ago.
This is how I found the 40 three years ago
I will check the wiring like you suggest. I say the fluid is not hot because I pulled the transmission dipstick several times after driving and the fluid barely feels warm. Maybe that is not the best way to check. Thanks for the help.
