Yes, there are many official trails, usually lasting a day or so. Probably around 40 or 50 within a 4 hour driving radius of Cape Town.

Unbolt the rocker and remove the pushrods, they tend to bend if you don't lift the head off vertically.

If you are running unleaded gas, yes, you would need to put in an additive, else the valve seats will eventually erode.

I had the same, turned out to be 2 burnt valves. Redid the head and it had a new lease on life.

.... longer shocks, new brake lines, and a step ladder to check the oil.. :)

Did my mounts last weekend. Also jacked the engine up an inch, then took the strut off the side of the block (3 bolts). Had to remove the alternator to get to it. OEM mounts are also very expensive here, $170 a piece, so I have reused the original steel plates and bonded some new rubber in...
