1986 Toyota Landcruiser FJ60, 98K $1000
This is a real deal for someone who is into Landcruisers, I have had seven FJ60s, I used to restore them, this is my last one. It has been stored indoors for the last 6 years, the fuel needs to be replaced. It won’t currently start, anyone who knows...
Hello
I am wondering where a toyota manual can be bought for cheap? A friend of mine just bought an 89 toyota box truck that had been a U-haul vehicle and wants to get a manual for it. It is a dually, will this be the Factory Service Manual?
Thanks

I Have all the FSM's, just have to dig them out and dust them off. Which one should I look in for trouble shooting this problem. What will it mean if the sight window is empty or full?
Thanks
ERICH
Fuel lines are correct, filter oreintation correct, timing same. The sight window could be full,... or empty? After I did all that work I was to irritated I couldn't be bothered to clean the sight window well enough to tell. I think it might have been full or yellowed, what would that mean...
Hello All
I used to be on here a lot, I used to restore 60's, it's been almost 3 years. I had a beautiful 5 cruiser collection, sold 4, kept the best one. I've had it in my shop for the past two years, starting and driving on the property periodically to keep everything charged and...
Hello
I am working on a cabin that is over 200 years old, I'm talking with the owner and LandCruiser come up. I used to restore FJ60's, he says "really, I have two 40's here, one's a junker the other I can't get to stay in time. I can set the timing and then it goes out of time." This guy...
If over heating is what you stop, don't loose your fan, theres no way an electric fan will cool a 350. I flushing doesn't work take out the fan clutch and replace it with a spacer

I didn't read all of the replies, but if that is an old TLC radiator then it may be restricted. You need a lot of cooling capacity for a 350. Flushing kits don't really do it. THose radiators last forever and they get blocked before the leak. I always take them out and flush them a solution...
It's either a belt or a bearing one of your accessories(AC PS Alt), in which case it will do it sitting still and you rev the engine up high.
Good luck.

Most impressive..... I have fully restored 10 TLC's for the purpose of profit, no Frame off's and probably would not attempt this. You have balls, that comes from a guy with gigantic balls, your theme song could be ACDC's "I've got big balls"
We salute you!
