I would put the adjuster back to normal and see what happens. Just have it match the position of the passenger side, so you can at the very least have a baseline that’s as close to factory setting as possible.
Make sure you installed the spreader clips correctly. This got me once, and it took me a while to notice they had come loose and were scraping the outside edge of the rotor. The clips had become mangled in the caliper. They kind of look like a half straightened paper clip.
I ran power from an add-a-tap on the main fuse box under the hood and routed inside and thru the dash to get to my Gamiviti accessory tray. Would be an easy run up the A pillar and to the mirror taking that approach. Not sure if you’re wanting to skip that part and just tap something nearby, but...

Up for sale is my 1994 TLC. Currently has about 280,000 miles on the clock, of which 100,000 are mine. No wrecks in its history, and it runs and drives great. It's been my daily driver for years, but with kids numbers 3 & 4 (twins) coming some time in the next month...
Went out to Uwharrie with a few buddies this week before they close the trails for the winter. We got a campsite with no neighbors and the trails all to ourselves the entire trip.

Thanks for the quick reply, and preventing foolishness on my part. I'd already started the used ads...
So is the 25 year rule set on stone? Reading through customs and import regs almost leads me to think as long as if the vehicle is from a 1st world country, meets federal emissions and crash...
Whoa whoa whoa. *Puts down the IPA, and Copenhagen spit cup* If I'm reading this correctly, I can actually have a legal HDJ79 in the US? Or is my years long Aussie envie making me see BS legit where it isn't? My wife's 17 LX570...Gone. My 94 triple 80 on 37's...Gone. My 16 GT350R...Gone. I can...
So I had this same EXACT problem going on with my 94 recently. I replaced engine and tranny mounts a couple years ago, so ruled those out. In the last month, I replaced the A/C compressor, valves, along with plugs and Dizzy cap. Still had rough idle. I put on a new set of OEM belts, still...
