I bought this set of adapters and used the m16 1.5 when I did mine.

I ordered one of these months ago and finally got around to fitting it. I built a complete exhaust that runs between the transfer case and frame at the same time. Had to cut it and add a tight 90* because it hits a heater pipe. Great cheap option after some modification.

It wouldn't have caused any damage. It would have been under fueled and therefore low EGT's unless the main fuel screw was turned in to make up for the boost compensator not working. It would have been really smoky down low if that was the case. Glad you have it sorted out.

I used a mamba rebuild kit with 360 thrust bearings in my 7m hybrid. It's not been on long but seemed like decent quality. Also used a mamba compressor with extended tips. Can't compare to the original supra wheel since I never ran it.

ACSD has been removed on mine and timing set to 1.35 a few years ago. The idle hunting didn't change after removal. I've never got around to messing with it more since if I keep the idle speed at 750 and ac up to 800 it doesn't surge. If I go a little higher it shoots to 950. Doesn't bother me...

Mine does the same, '91 hdj81. Anyone know what needs to be changed in the IP? I just did a reseal, leaking shaft seal, was hoping it would also fix the surge but didn't.

I have that glowshift gauge, boost analog and egt, tranny digital. It is a little hard to see the digital readout. If I were doing it again I'd go analog egt.

Sounds like the ticking I get in my 1hdt. Mine is always worse right after an oil change. I also used taiho when I changed my beb. I changed them as soon as I got the car and its been about 30k klm so far.
