I'd like to get a snorkel for my truck also. Is this what you got?

The end story on this was that the seals didn't help. The same injector is still sweating around the plastic where the electrical connector plugs in.
I think I'll try once more. But I'm wondering, can the internals be serviced, or do I have to replace the whole injector? Aftermarket or OEM?
Well, I finally got around to pulling out the injectors. Nothing really out of the ordinary, except for the grommets being very hard and brittle (#23250C - new ones are soft rubber).
I realized I don't have replacements for #23291 (insulator - soft rubber). Not sure if new ones are...
Thanks.
cody c, what sorta symptoms did you have? Mine's has a bit of fuel odor after driving, and I see a little bit of fuel/sweat on #2 injector's orange plastic connector.
Does someone know all the parts I need to order for replacing (leaky) injector o-rings on my FJ80. I know the obvious stuff, like intake gasket, and two o-rings for each injector, but I'm wondering if there's other stuff I'm going to need. I want to minimize downtime, as it takes awhile for us...
Ya, that's the key... I'd only consider it if I could find a cheap donor drivetrain locally. I have a 1992 truck with a 22RE that I can use for measurements. My main concern I think is whether the shifter will end up in the right place. The FJ80 auto is very similar in length the my W56...
Definitely pull the master off. You should immediately know if the push rod is putting pressure on the master. Very quick and easy adjustment at least on my BJ70. Also check your pedal free play. You don't want it putting any pressure on your master cylinder.
If the booster push rod is out...
Has anyone actually bought and/or installed the BJ70 quarter panels that 4wheel auto in Edmonton is selling? I'm very tempted to order some up just to have on hand, even if I don't put them in right away.
