I had a similar experience. New belt and pulleys but would get a regular chirp noise at idle. I sprayed the belt with water and it got much worse which told me it was tension. Turns out the tensioner needed replacement. That fixed the problem.

I'm not so sure about the change after time but from my understanding, the speaker noise is common for early 100 series with factory amp after aftermarket head-units. Speaker grounding loop-whine with engine

X2 what @Lowbudgetlc100 said. I get the same issue with my 1998. Brakes are in good shape but the lubrication wears off between the pad and the shim and causes squealing. I'll check the brakes and add lubrication about every tire rotation.

I finally got around to taking some pictures of my bumper. I am very happy with it. Winch will come later.

FYI I am in El Paso and just took a friend's family to the airport. The 100 was excellent with my KO2s. I10 was basically just wet and and slushy on the shoulders. Don't sweat it and use your head. It's not your 100 you have to worry about but the other drivers who aren't paying attention.
