I did the Rust-Oleum Flat Khaki. It's been a few years now. I didn't put on a sealer coat. The plan was temporary until I could get a new tub and do it right... Still haven't got there yet! Kids got in the "financial" way! LoL. It has faded quite a bit.

Looks like crap. You should probably just ship it back to your buddy in Kansas so he can salvage some good sheet metal for his '75. You should also ask your friend out there if he has any decent doors that your buddy back in Kansas could use to make some 1/2 doors for his Land Cruiser! 😂

I haven't had any issues. I used 1.5" spacers. I didn't want to go too much more than that. Torque them to spec and retourque after a few hundred miles. It's hard to find any wheels over 15" that will have the proper backspace and offset. At least in my searching. Lug nuts don't matter. Just...

Tires are working great. I almost wish I would've gone bigger, but they would probably rub the suspension or steering without different wheels. I have the stock 4.10s and 4spd transmission. It's pretty low geared, so I still usually start out in 2nd gear when cruising around town. It did help...

The Aisin lockouts are worth $100? I have Selectros on my FJ40 now and several people have told me they are junk. I've never had a problem with them, but I will switch them out with the new disc brake knuckles. I just don't have any use for the rest of the axle housing right now and no place...

I can't believe I drove for five years without it. It's night and day difference. I replaced the TREs as well. Everything is so smooth and tight.
