back to monsterliner - has everyone here applied the mosnterliner with the rollers? or have some of you tried spraying with a undercoating gun?

a simple way would be to make a epoxy putty thickened with glass bubbles and micro balloons and run a filet around the speaker that is set in the door panel. that would make a simple radius transition to the speaker from the door panel, lay some fiber glass over that and do some body work then...
I had good luck with Duracoat in the tub of my old HJ47 - bought it from 4wheelparts. I've seen some real good results from raptor liner though, that's what I plan to use for my pickup bed.
Raptor has uv inhibitors in it, plus you can tint it to make it a custom color/match your trucks color...

BTW you need to update your tag line for your new acquisition . . .
i can only imagine what Hawaii has done to this troopy, not having new pictures is a bit suspect, 9k seems steep for a dead/dying troopy.
