My DHL Shipment from PartSouq to offer the longest factory bolt at a price that makes sense just emailed me and shows an estimated arrival date of 5/3. I ordered those on the 14th and they're usually quite quick, so hopefully they arrive sooner...

Just a heads up. We installed one on our 5.7L about 8 months ago. So far so good with daily silt and dirt duties.

If I weren't towing a trailer, I'd probably just cut down to Lake City and over Cinnamon Pass to Ouray. I'm coming from the Springs so this is kind of a hassle. Guess I can't complain for the folks coming from further away.

I want as many of these out in the world and the response has been wonderful, so I’m going to open up the intro pricing for 1” to 15 kits instead of just 10 and 1.5” to 10 kits instead of 5. The laser engraving will match that number. Thank you...

Hey all, just wanted to update this to say that I successfully programmed two additional key fobs for my truck recently. I bought OEM Denso fobs from Tom's Key Company, and they included a programmer and a USB connector, which you return once the...

Yes sir. We have friends with property in Ocotillo and camp there somewhat often. The winds can be absolutely insane. Next time i see you ask me about my Tundra almost being a total loss from sand storm damage, 2 weeks after i bought it, true...

I figured I would start a build thread since I recently bought my 2018 LX570 and am starting to accumulate parts. The truck is Nebula Grey Pearl which is where the name Lead Sled comes from, in addition to it being a very dense vehicle being...

Not 200 series related, but kinda. Long single track ride on dirt bikes with my bro and our sons. Which ended on an offroad trail I'll be bringing the 200 back to. We ran into @Toyotasaurusrex in his slightly modded FJ55 - always a treat to see a...

Are there other lines that need to be extended, i.e. brake lines or breather lines? I know you're busy so if you plan on addressing this later, just ignore my question.

Rear Bumper The rear bumper is trickier. The upper part ties into the bodywork that moves up with the BL, but is also supported and floating on the frame that hasn't moved. So spacers need to be added to the step portion of the bumper. The...

May as well try for a 1" lift. Even though I'm going to try for 37s, I'm not afraid to use the BFH. -Will

Order something from Kaon and you'll find an outlier.

Great question. I will explain what needs to be done as soon as I have a moment. Also, @TeCKis300 may chime in, since he recently did this. But yes, you will reinstall your factory bumpers after some work gets done.

A beautiful Sunday evening here in KC and I’m two bourbons in, relaxing on the patio, fire pit going and thinking philosophically about my build. Usually I hit my philosophical peak at about 4 bourbons but I have to work in the morning so it’s...

Are you able to reinstall the factory bumpers? Do they have to be trimmed or new holes made or what? Thanks.

Buddy of mine helped build it, 1 off right now as we work out how it performs at Moab. Frame mounts were all table cut though so could be replicated. We’re using the E3 latch, and a stinger design because I was worried about a regular tire plate...

If those Kanati’s were around when I bought my 40’s, I would have tried them first primarily because of the narrower width, and I like their tread pattern. My friend picked up the 37” when Wal-Mart must have had a mistake on their website and...

Took a page from @Atwalz book and installed the Rago Fabrication washer bottle (pulled mine for 37s). We have a bracket between the radiator core support and the bumper support that is bolted in. Removed it, drilled 2 holes, and use a bit of...
