Selling my 1999 Landcruiser. 2nd owner, have had since 2003. No leaks, runs great. One rust spot on front quarter panel passenger side. Front seats torn, have covers on. Timing belt and water pump done at 110000 by Ih8mud member. Just rolled past 200,000. Lots more pictures available.

It is on a local Toyota lot. I ran by to check and the belt is shredded. I don't have the know how to fix this unfortunately. Hopefully this will means it won't cost much at Toyota.

Hmm, she said the air conditioning also went out, which I read was also affected. Is this something that I could drive myself to a shop or too dangerous due to the lack of steering? Don't have the skills to fix this myself.

So, it turns out that the wheel is not locked per say, but that it just won't move. We are having it towed to a toyota dealer. It is out in Byers, Colorado, and don't know any shops that otherwise would be good to bring to. Thanks for the suggestions above.
