Thanks Broh, luckily there isn't too much to keep clean compared to a full size vehicle. It looks good when its clean, and its not clean in the pics. It won't fit in either of my garages, so I have to rely on a cover to keep it clean(ish). :beer:
So my winch quit while pulling on a stuck truck. I ohmed out the solenoids and everything was fine so I pulled the electric motor. Needless to say its DONE. Question, is a 8074 motor the same as a 8274 motor? I can't find any information on replacement motors for the 8074.
I finally got it back together.. Metal tech cage and seat cradle and new seats.

The metal tech cage is sweet, I highly recommend it. I cut/notched and welded it...

What's confusing is the model year overlap. E-'75 was drums. 9/75+ was discs. E-1/79 was small bolt pattern, 1/79+ was larger bolt pattern.
Why the different kits if it doesn't matter if it's disc or drum as long as it's prior to...
As the title states, I bought my 40 and it has discs. I need to rebuild the knuckles and want to order the right stuff the first time.
Is there any easy way to tell if it has a front disc conversion, or if it has a later model axle under it?
