Thanks for the replies. Did some more checking and the fuel pump was the culprit. Locked up! When I pulled it, the screen mesh, which I had replaced, had come loose. Obviously, I didn’t do a good job of replacing it. Likely knocked it loose when putting the fuel pump into the tank.

Agreed. In most cases that I have seen with any engine, it's usually the rings. It's hard to get a ton of oil past the valve stems. It's just too small of an area even if the seals are completely gone. Rings on the other hand, have a huge potential surface area for oil to get past. I'm not...

What I did, was add R-134.

I've mixed and matched R12, Freeze 12 and straight 134. If you charge it right, they will all blow cold air in a Cruiser. My cruiser right now has straight 134 in it and it will blow 36 degree air.
