I have done everything but remove door panels on our 2014... almost certain that the 13-15's are all clipped. I'd remove mine in a heartbeat if it was stuck on.

As someone who just bought a 2014 that started it's life in Alberta and went to live in Winnipeg for a couple years... unless you're willing to wait for the right one to show up in the lower mainland (and deal with all that entails), what you've got there is fine. My 2014 has similar corrosion...

As many have said, you have a better nav system in your pocket than virtually anything on the market. The 5-speed is worth it. Auto climate control is great.
