Not very busy today, got a custom license plate from customjapaneseplates.com and a license plate holder from CCOT. Will match the custom license plate I will have on the rear. BTW The kanji is supposed to be Toyoda.

Happy the tough decision was made and looking forward to being at Shadowlands where we belong.
Based on what I have read here on this fine forum, the general consensus seems to be to use the Bilstein 5100 shocks. With a Pro Comp 2 1/2 lift, the Pro Comp shocks seem to be quite rigid. Where can I find the correct Bilstein shocks?
FST models came with drop down tailgate, the holder for the rear bows, special door hinges, loops and threaded holes for those loops and of course the Vader light (which might have been on hardtop models but I'm not for sure). If you have those things then you just might have a FST FJ40...

Several of those are already produced here in the USA by ReefMonkey. He is a supporting vendor on MUD, lives in NC and is a member of the Olde North State Cruisers. He doesn't produce everything and can supply quickly. Check him out. Look up @JAMES here on MUD.
Get the vehicle tagged as an Antique Vehicle. I did and the property taxes on it is a little more than $15 each year with the Antique Value set at $500. I'm in Guilford county and their tax rates are, I believe, third behind Wake and Mecklenberg.
