@mudgudgeon 's EGT install (post #39 if it doesn't take you straight there.)

I think I copied it for mine and it worked out well.
Your proposed setup (and location) are very similar to mine... minus the 'F' and the airbox/snorkel mods - the CT26 turbo intake necks down to less than 3" anyway, so other than getting rid of the flattenned airbox lid I'm not looking at intake mods beyond the current Safari until FMIC (tossing...

This has been mentioned here before... and I think the vendor may even be a member.
Not sure if we've had any user experience reported back as yet, but it was on my list.
Just read the whole thread from post #1. This build is equal parts inspiring and intimidating!
Incredible work, especially given the personal/physical obstacles you've faced. It's looking very close, and I can't wait to see the final details ticked off.
I also need to pull my finger out and...
You're right. Core the other way up and your outlets would be bang in line with the chassis rails.
It looks clumsy, but is much less work to fit than the DPi version which requires cutting and is very crowded behind the indicators.
I'd be worried about the vulnerability of those front loops...

Epic thread @TYM4FUN - just a lost a whole morning reading from the start, and don't regret a minute of it.
Your thoroughness and attention to detail are equal parts inspiring and shaming!
Congrats on an awesome job, and I'm so glad you are now able to enjoy the rewards.
So when is turbo...
Where did you find this? It's not on their website or eBay au.
Any specs? Looks like it could be the same kit, just with the core photographed upside down?
Of course I see this now... until yesterday I was sort of living in the next suburb.
Will have to stick my head in next year when I'm 'home' again.
It looks like a tidy kit, though the core is slung low (vulnerable? Blocked by the front cross member when reinstalled?) and a result looks to...
One turn of the blower pulley - usually smaller diameter than the crank pulley driving it, so less than one turn of the engine. 😉
(Assuming 100% efficiency of the impeller mechanism blah blah blah)
I admit I am guilty of over-thinking the pipe volume = lag silliness. It's not like I'm building...
