It's all what you want to do with it, you will probobly spend a lot less $ just rebuilding the 55 axles, not to mention that the 60 axles are wider, and will reqire some welding and fabrication, in order to center the axles. best of luck Lex

Man trust me, don’t spend the $$$ on the stereo. You will kick yourself later or better yet save it for the tow rig. Wait till you submerge those thousands of dollars worth of stereo in a creek in the middle of the night. That carpet on your box stays wet for weeks, and the smell never goes away...

Mine got painted totally black, by accident from the paint man, he took it back and did the top white, it was pretty rough looking. Lex

If it is a standard GM alternator you should be able to get one just about anywhere. I changed my 40 over to a GM, cut several wires out of the harness, and it took care of some of my gremlins. but i am still running a 6 in it. Lex
