That's great info. Thank you for clarifying. Registering it in utah as a diesel was easy. Told the lady at the DMV that it was converted to a diesel. She changed it in the system, and i gave them my old title. They mailed me a new one that says it's a diesel. GTG. Thanks.

Nope no loop hole. It was registered in utah as a diesel. Never registered as a diesel in CA. Hope that helps.

Honestly I don't know. Being California and all of there rules, this is something I would recommend you look in to prior to purchasing this vehicle. The vehicle is registered as a diesel and that is shown on the title. It may be worth a call to the DMV and see what they have to say.

Honestly I have never timed it from 0 to 60. I will take it out in the next few days after this snow storm blows over and see where it is at. I do know that it's a land cruiser and not going to win any races but its built like a tank to be very reliable and take a beating with out breaking...

I have the turbo/ fuel screw set pretty conservatively. It could definitely be turned up for big power gains. Power I would say with the current setting is similar what it was with the stock engine maybe less... being diesel the throttle response is different than a gas engine ect..
