Harrop E-Locker using OEM Switch and Dash Lights in a HDJ81 / FJ80

This is all the reasons I love this forum. Such knowable members always willing to help. I’ll try to snap some pics when I do mine.

You are the man! Did you end up buying the Toyota repair wires or just splice? I ended up getting pins from mouser and will just crimp direct to the locker harness wires, then plug into the Toyota connections that have been de-pinned. Once I do that I’ll heat shrink them. Did you drill any...

Harrop E-Locker using OEM Switch and Dash Lights in a HDJ81 / FJ80

I’m trying to get my lockers to work with the factory switch. According to the Toyota wiring handbook all the pins in the 16 pin connector are female. If I’m going to plug into the either after depinning or going into the connector, I need the male pins.

Does anyone know what size the pin connectors need to be? I’d like to add these direct to the harness wire vs a splice to the Toyota terminal repair wire

So after 5 pages of utter confusion, it appears that no 5 pin harness is needed just the Eaton harness, the factory magic button and lockers. Is that the conclusion I should come to? Zuk just build my rear 3rd. Getting ready to send him my front. Both have Eaton’s.

    Lx600 initial oil chabfe

We have a 2023 lx600 fsport. Scoured the manual. Nothing useful found regarding initial oil change. We are sitting at around 5,500 miles. When is the initial oil change due?

Baja Design Backlights to running lights (markers)

Thanks for all the input. I thought I was clear, but clearly I wasn't. I am ONLY tying in the LP6/9 orange back lights. They pull 0.3amp each, so a total of 1.2amps for 4 lights. I ended up adding a relay that is triggered by the factory marker lights. That way the circuit didn't have any...

Baja Design Backlights to running lights (markers)

Does anyone know what the rated amps are on our running lights? I have a 1997 and added a pair of LP9's and a pair of LP6's. I'd like to use the hot from one of the front marker/running lights to power them instead of using up a slot on my SwitchPro 9100. Also don't want to overload that wire...

    Lx450 no start no click

I was in the process of removing the factory cell phone modules. In an effort to find a hot on wire at t8 and t9 (the plugs for the cell phone next to rear drivers side 3rd row kick panel) I turned the key on (no aux). I left it like that for maybe 15 minutes. Shut the job down for the night but...

    Delta VS Radius Arms

All measurements were up front. I think that an alignment shop is definitely the way to go at this point.

The distance between you hub and the fender is way more than 2.25”. @COYS

    Delta VS Radius Arms

I feel more confused now that ever. Here are a few measurements that I took. Ground that I measured on Radius arm mount Flat spot on axle that is parallel to 3rd member bolting face Output of 3rd member (the flat where the driveshaft mounts to)

    Delta VS Radius Arms

I'll get those tonight. I do have the Delta Front Bumper and a 12k Come-Up winch up front. All of which is some fairly good weight. What is the easiest way to measure castor on these axles?
