Wouldyou buy a house in Butte?

I probably would just because its so affordable but my wife vetoed it years ago. Agree with the previous post about Anaconda though, great little town and also very affordable.

Got the holes cut for the sink and stove. Will probably work on the finish in the next week or so and hopefully get them both fully mounted and the counter in the camper.

Multi Day Missouri Breaks/Ft.Peck - Summer Epic

I got stuck somewhere near this red X, a huge thunderstorm rolled through about 8pm and then a bunch of cows churned up the road in front of the gate all night. Took me about 9 hours of digging, gathering branches, and hammering "borrowed" fence posts into the ground to winch off of the mud to...

Everyone just says air down the tire and re-inflate once its on. My lift location was on the frame not the axle. A few people have cut out or altered the panel on the front of the wheel well. I'd like to eventually put a timben suspension under the camper so hopefully its just a short term issue.

Cleaned the dirt and grime and any light rust off the rims and hubcaps and threw a quick coat of black on them before putting them on the camper. Major design flaw of the Trailblazer that I learned about while doing this, the wheels don't fit into the wheel well unless you deflate them some...

    Where to get steel?

Title basically says it all, but here's a little more detail. I need to get some steel to fab a tire carrier for the back of my camper. I need something like 2 to 4 feet of 2x4 box and then something like 6 feet or so of 1.5" square or round. Where is a good place in the Bozeman area to get that?

Correct its probably about 1.5-2" off center to the right, not a big deal, and as you noted since the door opens to the left your approach is maybe slightly to the right anyway. I just know I am going to see the misalignment every time I look at it. Its going to serve as a shelf, a place to...

    1964 Trailblazer Chief Camper Build

Got the step installed this weekend, it doesn't quite line up with the door due to the trailer frame location under the floor which is annoying but it'll work. I've also been trying to figure out how I was going to build the shelf in the bathroom and make it water tight. The brainstorm I had...

    1964 Trailblazer Chief Camper Build

Thanks, its been a long slow process with lots of dead periods but as soon as I buy some tires its usable at least and the rest of the finish and amenities can happen in time.
