Look up the thread on where to machine the splines so the shaft doesn’t rotate and get stuck in the diff. It will have measurements. Pretty sure the splines are 5-6” long total. The locking collar is out side the bearing hold down on the diff.

Wouldn’t a stock elocker axle Shaft work as well? I don’t have one but just food for thought

What’s the part number? I thought 00-02 were one then 2003 to 05 another or Had differences. I could be wrong.

I’m sure that can be fount for cheaper but when someone wants to upgrade a 100 series case they have to buy like $800 worth of shafts or pets from an 80 series. Getting harder and harder to find actuators are worth a bit also.
