Yes it’s compatible. I had the redarc setup for my 2016 LC200 and 2018 LX570. The OEM connector/ plug is more towards the driver side door, under the steering wheel.

I ordered it from etrailer.com. Here's exactly what I ordered... I recall now ordering the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for our 200 series. I think that's the harness you're searching for.
