6 gallons seems like a really small heater and will limit your batch size dramatically. If you are planning to use this for a vehicle I would go with a bigger heater. You don't have to have a bottom drain, but this issue is that you will have to let the mixture settle for 8-24...
If you do go look at that 93 make sure the walk away price is about $1000 less than advertised. My 93 is at least as clean, had 145K when I bought it, and came with factory lockers. I paid $7200 last year.
